NLT Bible by Olive Tree App Reviews

I like the NLT version based on the type of English applied in writing it. I can easily assimilate bible accounts and gain an understanding of what transpired. However the spirit of God will always be the key to the mysteries in the word in any version. Thanks to Olive Tree for making it possible for me to have a 247 access to a version I have come to appreciate .

I love the speed and accuracy of this app. I use it for study, morning meditation, teaching bible class, leading workshops and even in the pulpit! I especially love it because I post Scripture to Facebook quite often and this application makes doing so very easy. The ability to move quickly through the scriptures is one of my favorite feature. I have used this app for several years and it has improved considerably. I havent had any problem, including no crashes. Updates are smooth and effortless! I highly recommend!

This has changed my life, great app

Let me start by saying, I use this app everyday. When I first downloaded the app, about 3 years ago, it was perfect. I loved it. Then they "improved" the app. Since then it is a constant problem. I contacted the company and they suggested that I delete and reinstall the app, which I did. I still have problems. Constant little annoying problems. I have managed to work around those problems but still... That is my reason for the 3 star rating.

This bible is a good version. Easy to use

Very well presented. Only Request is for book tab behavior to improve on the iPad Air 2. Tends to have a little inconsistent nature about it still.

I cant express enough my enjoyment of this app. It enables me to carry several translations with me as well as study aids wherever I go. Note taking is so convenient during church services and conferences. Now I am never without my Bible. Thank you Olive Tree!

I do not like the new update at all. The old classic look is so much better and this update keeps on glitching. Going to another book/verse does not work when u need it to. Have to tap 4x for it to even go through.

Ease of use has diminished with latest update.

I am VERY frustrated with the latest update. It glitches a lot and the layout was MUCH better before the change.

Ive been using the Olive Tree Bible App for way over 5 years now. I do all my daily devotional reading with it. I really enjoy all the other add on commentary, ebook, and Bible study tool apps that can be purchased. I like having a quality library with me wherever I go using my iPhone or iPad. There is a huge variety of helps you can purchase. They run great periodic sales and often you can grab great resources for free. They do have an abundance of good resources in their "free downloads" that is beneficial reading. I highly recommend this Ap.

I love the New Living Translation Bible, and I appreciate the simplicity of the Olive Tree app. While there are many features to take advantage of, it isnt complicated. It is a user-friendly and adaptable to your preferences - not a set, unchangeable format you are stuck with.... From layout to search options - you choose what you like. Worth the small fee to have.

Brings clarity when translating NKV.

I love how I can now buy references and study tools from Olive Tree and have them linked directly into any bible version I am using at the time. I can switch between NLT, NIV, ESV.... go to a verse anywhere and pull up study tools from a dozen sources with Intros, commentaries, maps, my notes. You have to buy add ons - but I dont have to buy one in each translation. Its like walking into Church or ready the bible with a library of books.

Please restore the "book view" which version 5 had and I will change my rating from 1 star to 5 stars. Thanks in advance.
